If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or purchase its products or services.

“Women Who Wrench,” “WomenWhoWrench,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the independently owned private business operating this website.

2. Independent Business

WomenWhoWrench is an independently owned and operated private commercial enterprise.

All training, consulting, speaking, media, merchandise, subscription, sponsorship, partnership, and automotive diagnostic-consultation activities are conducted independently, outside the scope of the owner’s public-employment duties, and outside public-employment work hours.

Women Who Wrench is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, operated by, or representative of any public school district, college, educational institution, government agency, certification organization, or public employer.

References to the owner’s employment history, professional experience, education, licenses, or certifications are provided for biographical purposes only and do not constitute institutional endorsement.

3. Separation from Public Employment

WomenWhoWrench does not use public-employer work time, facilities, vehicles, tools, equipment, accounts, email systems, student records, contact information, funds, logos, intellectual property, or other institutional resources to operate or promote this business unless specific use has been authorized in writing by the appropriate institution.

Business communications, payments, records, accounts, scheduling systems, and promotional activities are maintained separately from the owner’s public employment.

Nothing offered through this website is part of the owner’s assigned public-employment responsibilities.

4. Current Students and Families

WomenWhoWrench does not directly market, promote, or solicit paid products or services to the owner’s currently enrolled K–12 or Dual Enrollment students or their parents or guardians.

Current students should use official school communication channels for school-related assignments, questions, support, and instructional matters.

Participation in WomenWhoWrench activities does not affect a student’s:

  • Access to instruction

  • Recommendation

  • Credential eligibility

Participants are responsible for following applicable safety procedures, using proper tools and equipment, wearing required personal protective equipment, and working within their own level of training and experience.

7. Automotive Diagnostic Consultations

Automotive diagnostic consultations are educational and informational only.

WomenWhoWrench is not an automotive repair facility and does not accept vehicles for repair, maintenance, storage, towing, road testing, inspection, or physical diagnosis.

A consultation may include discussion of:

  • Vehicle symptoms

  • Diagnostic trouble codes

  • Scan data

  • Service information

  • Repair estimates

  • Testing strategies

  • Questions to ask a repair facility

  • Possible next diagnostic steps

Guidance is based on information provided by the client. Incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information may affect the usefulness of the consultation.

A remote consultation cannot replace an in-person inspection or testing performed by a qualified automotive professional.

WomenWhoWrench does not guarantee:

  • A specific diagnosis

  • A particular repair

  • Repair costs

  • Vehicle safety

  • Repair-facility performance

  • Warranty coverage

  • A successful outcome

Clients remain responsible for all decisions regarding vehicle operation, towing, inspection, diagnosis, and repair.

When a vehicle may be unsafe, the client should discontinue operation and arrange for an appropriate in-person inspection.

8. No Repair or Legal Representation

Women Who Wrench does not:

  • Authorize repairs on behalf of a client

  • Take custody or control of a client’s vehicle

  • Certify that a vehicle is safe to drive

  • Issue official emissions, safety, warranty, or regulatory inspections

  • Guarantee another repair facility’s work

  • Negotiate as a client’s attorney, insurance representative, engineer, appraiser, or legal agent

  • Provide legal, financial, insurance, or engineering advice

The vehicle owner remains responsible for approving or declining repairs and selecting a repair facility.

9. Automotive Safety

Automotive work may involve moving vehicles, heavy components, electrical systems, batteries, pressurized systems, hot surfaces, chemicals, fuels, sharp objects, lifting equipment, and other hazards.

Before performing automotive work, users should:

  • Consult current vehicle-specific service information

  • Follow manufacturer procedures

  • Use appropriate tools and equipment

  • Wear required personal protective equipment

  • Secure the vehicle properly

  • Follow safe lifting and support procedures

  • Seek qualified assistance when necessary

Do not perform any procedure that you do not understand or cannot complete safely.

Users assume responsibility for evaluating their knowledge, tools, work environment, physical ability, and safety conditions before attempting a procedure.

10. Consultations, Scheduling, and Inquiries

Submitting an inquiry or appointment request does not guarantee acceptance or confirmation.

An appointment is confirmed only after the client receives written confirmation and completes any required intake forms, agreements, or payment.

Women Who Wrench may decline, cancel, or discontinue a request that:

  • Falls outside the scope of available services

  • Presents a safety concern

  • Requires physical vehicle repair

  • Involves abusive or inappropriate conduct

  • Includes incomplete or misleading information

  • Creates an actual or perceived professional conflict

  • Could interfere with public-employment duties or ethical obligations

11. Payments

Prices will be displayed on the applicable product or service page or provided in a written proposal.

Payment may be required before a consultation, training session, speaking engagement, digital product, subscription, sponsorship, or other service begins.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the service description, price, date, time, renewal terms, and cancellation conditions before purchasing.

Any additional travel, materials, customization, shipping, tax, or processing costs will be disclosed before the customer agrees to the transaction.

12. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Consultation and training rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time.

Appointments canceled at least 72 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded, depending on the service terms displayed at checkout.

Late cancellations and missed appointments may be nonrefundable.

Clients who arrive late may receive only the remaining scheduled appointment time.

If WomenWhoWrench cancels a paid service, the client will be offered a new date or a refund of the amount paid for that service.

Customized training, speaking engagements, events, partnerships, and sponsorships may have separate cancellation terms stated in a written agreement.

13. Digital Products, Courses, and Subscriptions

Digital products, recorded courses, templates, worksheets, memberships, and subscription content are licensed for the purchaser’s personal use or specifically authorized organizational use.

Purchasers may not:

  • Resell or sublicense the content

  • Share account credentials

  • Upload content to public websites or shared databases

  • Copy or distribute materials to unauthorized users

  • Remove copyright, branding, or ownership notices

  • Present the content as their own

  • Use the content to train an artificial-intelligence system without written permission

Because digital products may be available immediately, they may be nonrefundable after access or download, except where otherwise required by law.

Any recurring subscription will state its price, billing schedule, renewal terms, and cancellation method before purchase.

14. Merchandise

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and size information before ordering.

Colors, sizing, measurements, print placement, and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, garment construction, manufacturing differences, and production methods.

Return and exchange eligibility will be stated on the applicable product page or at checkout.

Custom, personalized, worn, washed, damaged, clearance, or final-sale merchandise may be nonreturnable unless defective or otherwise required by law.

15. Commercial Sponsorships and Partnerships

WomenWhoWrench may enter into independently negotiated commercial sponsorship, advertising, media, training, speaking, or content-development agreements.

A sponsorship or partnership inquiry does not create an agreement, endorsement, obligation, exclusivity arrangement, or guaranteed business relationship.

All accepted sponsorships and partnerships must be documented separately in writing.

No sponsor or partner receives:

  • Access to students or student records

  • Access to confidential educational information

  • Influence over student grades or evaluations

  • Influence over classroom instruction

  • Influence over public-school purchasing or vendor selection

  • Guaranteed product use in a school program

  • Preferential treatment involving public resources

  • Institutional endorsement

  • Permission to use school or college names, logos, facilities, students, or images

  • Representation that a public employer supports the relationship

WomenWhoWrench may decline or terminate any sponsorship or partnership that creates an ethical concern, appearance of improper influence, professional conflict, safety concern, or reputational risk.

16. No Donations or School Fundraising

Women Who Wrench does not accept donations, charitable contributions, classroom contributions, student-support funds, scholarship funds, tools, equipment, uniforms, vouchers, supplies, or other items on behalf of:

  • A public school

  • A college

  • A classroom

  • A student

  • A student organization

  • A school-based program

  • The owner’s public employer

WomenWhoWrench is not representing itself as a charitable organization, school foundation, or tax-exempt nonprofit.

Payments made through this website are payments for clearly identified private products, services, advertising, or commercial sponsorships. They are not tax-deductible charitable donations unless a separate qualified nonprofit organization expressly states otherwise.

Anyone wishing to support a public educational program must contact that institution directly and follow its approved donation, procurement, partnership, and ethics procedures.

17. Gifts and Conflicts of Interest

WomenWhoWrench will not knowingly accept a payment, product, benefit, sponsorship, favor, or commercial arrangement that is conditioned upon:

  • A public purchasing decision

  • Preferential access to students

  • Use of a product in a classroom

  • Influence over instruction

  • A recommendation made through public employment

  • A grading or credentialing decision

  • Access to confidential information

  • Use of public property or institutional authority

Any arrangement that could create an actual or perceived conflict of interest may be declined, modified, disclosed, or terminated.

GaPSC’s ethics framework addresses professional integrity, confidential information, public funds and property, compensation, gifts, and conduct involving private financial benefit. APS also provides an ethics reporting portal and directs employees to exercise ethical conduct in the workplace. (atlantapublicschools.us)

Women Who Wrench will obtain permission before publicly using a customer’s name, image, or testimonial.

Paid partnerships, gifted products, affiliate relationships, or other material connections associated with an endorsement will be disclosed when applicable.

19. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content—including text, branding, graphics, photographs, videos, course materials, worksheets, downloads, designs, and logos—is owned by or licensed to WomenWhoWrench.

References to vehicle manufacturers, certification organizations, tool companies, products, or third-party trademarks are made for identification, education, commentary, or compatibility purposes only.

Such references do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
